I'm by no means a fashionista, in fact I'm extremely new to the world of fashion and I will admit that some of it goes straight over my head. I look at all these pictures from LFW and NYFW and some of the designs I just think 'Whaaa?!'. I have however been appreciating the actual art of fashion a lot more and there has been a couple of pieces in this years SS14 LFW that I actually really liked!
Now, we British are very self-deprecating, we know there a lots of things that, as a nation, were just not that great at (football mostly). We are however very very good at three things in particular, music, fashion and putting on a show. LFW incorporates all of these elements and to be perfectly honest makes me proud to be British. Two of my all time favourite designers are British designers, Burberry and Mulberry and both had amazing SS14 shows this year. But I also discovered a few other designers which I will be keeping my eye on in the future. So without further ado, here are a couple of my favourite pieces from LFW!
