It's Fat Friday, treacle sponge pudding with Greek yogurt// Trying to spell out words with my Primark make your own necklace// Let's go back to brown!// Traveling back home after with much difficulty// New brown hair//
I have to say that this week started out fairly uneventful, I took a quick trip to Caerphilly castle to grab a few more scenes for my Uni project. Then for the rest of the week I couldn't really do much, my poor little MacBook had to go back to MacBook hospital because there was still something wrong with it. I've got it back all fixed now though so I'm frantically trying to get back up to date with my blogging and YouTube channel.
Then to finish the fairly slow week off, I decided to go back to my 14-year-old self and dye my hair brown. I've been pretty much every colour under then sun so I don't really think twice when it comes to trying out a new hue. Not to mention the ragged bleached ends of my hair were so dry I gave up trying to treat them. Then yesterday (Saturday) I packed my little bags and set off to the train station to return home for half term. It turned out to be a massive pain in the rear end. Because of the horrendous winds battering the UK at the moment, I had to get off my cancelled train to Manchester at Newport, board a very very crowded train (not the best environment for a claustrophobic like myself) to Bristol then board another train in Bristol to Manchester. At first we were told we would have to get off at Birmingham to get yet another train but a large group of elderly ladies and I managed to find a direct train to save us the hassle.
Now I'm nursing a pulled shoulder, thanks to carting very heavy bags on and off trains all day, and watching a spot of Ice Hockey, I do love Hockey. I hope you all had a pleasant week and I hope this week is a good one!
Ooooh what a bad train journey D: poor you! The brown hair looks really lovely. We don't get a half term at my Uni.
ReplyDeleteIt was and thank you! We don't technically call it half term it's called reading week and some courses get it some don't. Our lecturers are incredibly lazy so we get a week off haha
