Tanya Burr's Chocolate Cookies// Day 1 of #100happydays, cooking some chilli con carne// Catching up on my Supernatural// Finally finished this nightmare of a uni project// Bought myself some new clothes as a treat for finishing my assignment// Also finally finished Gone Girl!// Smaug just chilling// Okkkkklahoma// Another sunny day in the 'Diff//
This week has been a lot happier and stress free, or at least the end of the stress. I finally finished the assignment that has been plaguing my existence since September; it proved to be a complete nightmare right until the very end. The sun has finally decided to start shining in Cardiff, which makes me very happy! I love winter and I like the cold but when it is constant wind and rain it starts to wear you down.
As soon as the sun came out it hit me that I, once again, have no spring/summer clothes. It happens every year and I never learn. So as a little treat to myself I splashed out on some new t-shirts and two loose fitting dresses. I can't technically afford them but it definitely cheered me up so it was worth it. I've also got my workout motivation back, now that I'm not completely swamped with work it is so much easier to get myself up and do some exercise. I did however make Tanya Burr's chocolate cookies, which I had to freeze and hide from myself. There is so much chocolate in those things and I found I was getting flabby anyway, so into the freezer draw they went.
Seeing as I'm now on the home stretch, hurtling towards graduation and just generally feeling more positive, I thought I'd do the 100 Happy Days challenge. You have to post a pic of whatever has made you feel happy that day to whatever social media site you choose for 100 days straight. Apparently 71% of people don't manage to do the full 100 days, having to be happy every day for 100 days sounds like the best challenge ever to me!
This week I have to plan for a presentation I have to do in the next two weeks, presentations make me extremely anxious but hopefully the weather will stay nice to keep my spirits up. I always find presentations easier if I'm in a good mood.
What have you guys been up to this week? Did you enjoy doing presentations in school/uni? Have you tried the 100 Happy Days Challenge?
hey cat, the 100 happy day challenge sounds really great!! I might also do this ..but do not know if I can disturb my friends on facebook with my happy moments ;) They might get depressive after that. where will you post the pics?

Good luck with finishing university - i'd love to do the 100 happy day challenge but I find it hard enough to remember to do the 365 photo day challenge!
