The Sunday Post: Relax And Take A Breath

This week has been so much better than last week; my mood is a lot more stable, which is nice. I've not had any lectures this week, what with it being the first week of the Easter holidays, so I've just been relaxing and enjoying my time a bit more. I have done a fair bit of shopping though, much to my bank accounts dismay. 

I really needed some clothes for the warmer weather and I made it my mission to find a pair of shorts that didn't allow my butt cheeks to hang out of the bottom. I am very happy to report that I indeed found the most perfect pair of shorts ever! I got them from H&M, they're high wasted and fit amazingly well. I usually stay away from shorts because I really hate how my legs look (I have rather chunky legs) but with the weather gradually getting warmer and warmer I needed to prepare. I also went on the lookout for some Converse dupes that wouldn't be more than £10 but I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so instead I decided to take a little trip to Schuh and get the real deal. I already have two pairs of high tops, which have lasted years so I figured why not make an investment in some more, rather than paying for cheap ones and have them not even last the year.

So once I stopped spending all the money I don't actually have I thought I should throw myself back into YouTube. I used to film so many videos but since Uni work has mounted up I've not had much time. Now I'm tutorial crazy and I've been trying to get as many pre-filmed as possible. Tutorials take the most time to film because there's so much setting up and usually they're are an absolute pain to frame and focus. Saying all that I have managed to film three so far so I'm on a roll. I want to try and release a new tutorial every Thursday, I've got a fair few looks I want to recreate on my computer so hopefully I'll be able to get them all filmed. 

As for today I am very very excited. Finally the time has come for me to go back home for Easter and my sister is coming down to stay the night so we can leave earlier tomorrow morning. Whenever I have somebody over it always reminds me how many cups and plates I don't actually have. I suppose that just creates an excuse to go out and buy more house items, I'm getting to that age now where houseware makes me very happy.
