You may have seen these stylish beauties adorning the feet of various celebs and fashion bloggers recently, but do you have a spare £795 to splash just to get the look? The Balenciaga Ceinture cut-out ankle boot seems to be a wardrobe staple at the moment, but us mere mortals who don't have a pile of cash stored away to spend on beautiful shoes are missing out. I decided to get my online shopping game on and do some good old fashioned internet hunting for affordable dupes.
Luckily anyone and everyone seems to want to get their hands on the Balenciagas, so high street stores have catered to the demand and whipped up some fine alternatives for us poorer folk. The most accurate dupe (in my opinion) is the New Look boots, their shape and detailing are the closest I've found to the Balenciagas and the price tag is definitely easier on the bank account. Not to mention the gold buckles are spot on and it's only the stitching and leather that seem to be the biggest differences.
