So Many bloggers and YouTubers have done this tag now that it couldn't go ignored by me. I'm back home for the week so it was the perfect video to do, a beauty video was out of the question what with all my makeup being back in Cardiff. 

I have to first and foremost apologise for the crap sound and ever changing lighting, I left my lights and external mic back a my flat. The Old Friend TAG

This weeks video is a brand new TAG that I made up all by myself! I thought of the questions and everything, which is unless you think they are rubbish questions, in which case I hold no accountability. I wanted to create a TAG that really showed my appreciation for my all time favourites and to give you guys a bit more insight into my rather large makeup collection. I have tagged a few people in the description but I would love to see everyone's take on this, whether you have a YouTube channel or not! 

If you would like to do this using the blogging platform, if you're more of a writer than a filmer (I mean filmmaker, good old Film degree serving me well) then here I present to you the all-powerful questions. Sweater Weather TAG

I didn't mean to have two TAG's up one after another but it just happened that way! I promise I'll have a break from the TAG's for a little while, but for now I did the Sweater Weather TAG over on my YouTube channel. This is basically like the I <3 Fall TAG that went around last year but with a cuter name. 

In other news it was my birthday yesterday so keep your eyes peeled for a big birthday haul! Plus I'm thinking of doing another little personal birthday post so that will also be on the way!

My First Time TAG

It's strange how three completely innocent words can sound slightly sexual. But no this is not what you immediately think of when you read it, as I know a lot of bloggers have been quick to point out. This is just a fun and harmless little TAG allowing you all to know even more about me. So let's dive straight in with the questions. 

1. Do you still talk to your first love?

No. I had a pretty long crush on a guy I went to school with and we're friends on Facebook, but I haven't spoken to him in years. To be completely honest, I wouldn't be surprised if he's currently in prison, he went a bit down hill after school. 

2. What was your first alcoholic drink?

We always had Bucks Fizz at Christmas which, if you don't know what that is, is champagne and orange juice. I do remember my mum buying me alcopops when I was about 12, I'm pretty sure I got more hyper then drunk seeing as they were pure sugar. 

3. What was your first job?

My first job was working in the Cafe in Debenhams. I started working there when I was 16, I had just left school and needed some money so I started as a weekend Food Services Advisor, or in other terms, a waitress. 

4. What was your first car?

Well I passed my test when I was 18 and couldn't afford my own car so I would drive my dad's 2009 Ford Fiesta. I hated it. I still don't own my own car because there's no where for me to park it at my uni halls. 

5. Who was the first person to text you today?

That was my friend Josh!

6. Who was the first person you thought of this morning?

Tom Hiddleston because I had a dream about him, he was trying to put a yogurt into his inside suit jacket pocket. 

7. Who was your first teacher at school?

That would be the wonderful Mrs Dawson. She used to wear a thick layer of makeup and always had bright pink lips, she also taught my older brother and sister so would always call me Claire (my sister's name). 

8. Where did you go on your first ride on an airplane?

I'm pretty sure we went on a family holiday to Majorca or Menorca I can never remember which one. I just remember falling in the pool without my arm bands on and a strange man had to save me from drowning. 

9. Who was your first best friend and do you still talk?

I had two first best friends, one was Sarah McVeigh and yes we still talk over Facebook occasionally, but we don't really see much of each other anymore. And the other was Hannah Sherratt and we still talk and try and meet up whenever I'm home from uni, we've now been friends for nearly 19 years, dear lord I'm old. Also I would just like to say a big congratulations to Sarah who is expecting her first baby! All together, awwwwww.

10. Where was your first sleepover?

I'm pretty sure it was at my cousins house in Liverpool, does that count if it's family? If not then I think it was at Sarah's house for her birthday, I ate so much pizza I had to go home at like 2am because I felt sick. 

11. What was the first thing you did this morning?

I checked all my social media things, I always have my phone by my bed so I know what time it is and it's the first thing I check in the morning. 

12. What was the first concert you ever went to?

It was Justin Timberlake in Manchester when he was touring his Justified album. He had a very high pitched voice. 

13. What was your first broken bone?  

Touch wood I've never had one. Well I say that but I'm pretty sure I fractured my foot when I was unfolding one of those big retail cages in work and I dropped the base on my foot. I probably should have gone to A&E but I didn't. 

14. What was your first piercing? 

I had my lobes pierced when I was about 10, I nearly fainted but it didn't even hurt that much. 

15. What was the first foreign country you went to?

Like I said before it was either Majorca or Menorca. I have a feeling it was Menorca. 

16. What was the first movie you remember seeing?

One from back in the day, All Dogs Go To Heaven comes to mind. 

17. When was your first detention?

When I got to high school I got detention for having my earrings in, I had just had my lobes pierced for the second time and I couldn't take them out and I got shouted at. I hated my school. 

18. Who was your first roommate?

We don't share bedrooms in the UK but my first flatmate that I met was Owen Broom, I used to give him a hard time for leaving the kitchen messy but I loved him really haha.

19. What was the first sport you were involved in? 

I had a very very short stint as part of my primary school's football team. Very very short. 

20. What is the first thing you do when you get home?

Turn my laptop on and check Facebook and Tumblr, I have a problem I know. 

21. When was your first kiss?

I can't remember how old I was but I was drinking cider and we shall leave it at that.

Crazy About Lipstick

Hello there! Well I was very kindly tagged by my friend Jess over at The Mod Mermaid to do the Crazy About Lipstick TAG! I feel like I've not done a proper chatty, answer some questions post for forever and during the Autumn/Winter months I do tend to go a bit lip product crazy. So let's answer some questions!

1. How many lipsticks do you own?

I wasn't a big lipstick lover at first so I've only been collecting lipsticks for a short amount of time, resulting in a relatively small (ish) collection. One second whilst I count... 18 lipsticks not including glosses, stains and balms. 

2. What was your first lipstick?

I honestly can't remember but I'm pretty sure I've chucked it out by now. My oldest lipstick in my collection at the moment is my Rimmel lipstick in 220 Retro. 

3. What is your most worn lipstick?

It's probably my YSL Rouge Volupte Shine lipstick in Coral Intuitive. It is just so comfy to wear that it's my "go to" for day time. 

4. What is your favourite brand of lipstick?

I am majorly in love with the YSL lipsticks, just not the price of them. I do love my Rimmel lipsticks though. I always end up heading to the Rimmel stand when looking for lipsticks, they are so affordable and don't dry out my already Sahara dessert lips.

5. What is your favourite finish?

If we are talking MAC then it would be the cremesheen finish, they are non drying and comfy to wear. I'm not a big lover of a matte finish. 

6. What is the last lip product you bought?

I actually went out the other day and bought the Rimmel Kate Matte lipstick in 107 because I saw Zoella wearing it in a video. It is a matte finish which I don't love, but the colour is so gorgeous and wintery I couldn't resist. 

7. How many lip products (everything) do you currently have in your handbag?

None. I don't like keeping lip products in my handbag because I lose them. I'm also so super duper lazy that I can't be bothered going handbag fishing for them when I need them. I do tend to keep a lip balm in the pocket of each jacket/coat, easily accessible if they are in a coat pocket. 

8. What lip product do you use to rock a red lip? 

If I want a retro red lip I reach for my Rimmel 170 Alarm lipstick. It's more of a blue tone which looks better on me. I do love a good dark red lip though, for that I usually go for MAC Hang-Up.

9. How do you store your lipstick?

I have mine in a very handy acrylic lipstick storage thingy that I got off Amazon, pretty standard really. 

10. What lip products are you currently lusting after?

I'd love to get more YSL lipsticks in darker shades, but there are also about 1 million MAC lipsticks I want.

The Accent TAG!

I was recently tagged by The Modmermaid to do the accent tag and thought it would be a pretty swell idea! On my videos I always get comments about my accent, I'm not one of those people who think they don't have an accent because I know I do! 

I'm from the north of England so up here we have a pretty distinctive accent. I also have parents who both come from Liverpool so the good old scouse accent tends to creep through every now and again (mostly when I'm angry). I'm not going to lie, I love my accent, I don't know why but there isn't an accent I would rather have than a good sturdy nothern one. I love how it confuses people not from the UK, I've had people ask me if I'm Austrailian, Dutch and even South African! But alas no, I'm from Cheshire (hence the name).
